Hilary Kingman

Licensed Massage Therapist

Hilary has been fascinated by the body ever since her first yoga teacher training in 2010. Her passion for a deeper understanding of the body led her to Kauai, where she studied Structural Integration at the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork in 2013. This experience was a pivotal turning point in Hilary’s life, as it awoke the gift of healing touch within her and she found her purpose.

Hilary’s approach to the body is very unique, and her listening skills allow her to connect with each client in a heart-centered, grounded way. She believes that every human is a miraculous system of interconnected parts, and the integration of our wholeness helps the body function better. She specializes in Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CST) and has spent the last three years treating head, neck, and spinal injuries. Since she began her career in bodywork, she has completed over 3000 hours of continuing education. She receives bodywork regularly from her mentors and continuously studies anatomy to enhance her precision in her treatments.

Hilary moved to New Mexico in 2022 to further her skills in bodywork, and she has had the privilege of studying with incredible teachers, including Lauren Rose, MPT, Dr. Kirstie, and Dr. Ron Murray. These trainings have equipped her with the advanced palpation skills to tune into all systems of the body to find the problem area, treat the issue using a wide array of modalities, and support greater vitality throughout the entire system.
