With over 16 years of experience in the healing arts, Seraphina Tisch specializes in pre- and post-natal massage, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial techniques, and clinical medical massage. A graduate of the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in New York, her education is deeply rooted in both Western and Eastern therapeutic modalities, including 5 Element Shiatsu.

Seraphina's approach is deeply individualized. Each session is a response to the client’s unique constellation of experiences, injuries, and ways of being. Her work is informed by continued studies and mentorships in bodywork, herbal medicine, nutrition, yoga, and quantum healing with plant medicines. She holds advanced certifications in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Clinical Herbalism, and more.

Whether supporting clients through the childbearing cycle, managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions, or guiding postural correction and injury recovery, Seraphina brings a grounded, intuitive, and clinical presence to her practice, one rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a lifelong dedication to healing.
